Bowl
White Oak designed and delivered three
days of world class entertainment and
activities reaching up to 10,000 fans
per day. We covered Spanish Plaza, a 15,000
square foot recessed fountain, never before
decked in its’ 20 year history.
This top-shelf Super Bowl marketing event
included a catered VIP hospitality tent
for Anheuser-Busch corporate executives
and retailers, national act entertainment
and nightly parades led by the Anheuser-Busch
Clydesdale horses. This event stands as
the largest Bud Bowl ever produced.

Pillsbury Event
When Pillsbury launched their Perfect
Portions biscuits product, their marketing
firm executed a national tour of cities.
Because the marketing team was not familiar
with event production, White Oak was able
to create the site layout and fully produce
the two-day event. From music, to staging,
tables, tents and linens we maintained
their brand image and made it a successful
marketing event.
