GREAT MUSIC! – The only band that plays authentic New Orleans jazz for cocktails and dinner, then heats it up with some good time Zydeco, Cajun and Mardi Gras music; then they'll play classic party music that everyone in the crowd will be dancing to and singing along with. The Flavors are the most versatile band in the city!

FLEXIBILITY! - The band is available with 5 to 8 musicians to meet your entertainment needs and budget. Their smaller band will keep you dancing, but go ahead and spice it up by adding our female vocalist and extra horns. (Dance instructors are also available for corporate events).

EXPERIENCE! - Jerry Embree, the dynamic singer, sax player and band leader, has been a professional musician for 25 years. The Flavors of New Orleans have played hundreds of weddings, parties, and festivals, including tours in Europe and South America.

GREAT SOUND! – They use a professional BOSE system for crystal clear sound and always maintain the appropriate volume, whether for dinner or dancing.
