Xavier University Benefit Concert, November 19 The 4th annual Dr. Norman C. Francis Endowed Scholarship benefit concert featured the seven-time Grammy award winner Al Jarreau and John Boutte. Thanks Dr. St. Charles and Nannette!

Harvest Music Series, September 14-November 2 Second Harvest Food Bank held its weekly series in Lafayette Square for a record year! Entertainment included the Blind Boys of Alabama, Trombone Shorty, Buckwheat Zydeco and more! Thanks Gerald and Kathryn!

Spine Foundation Fundraiser, September 24
The 2011 Spine Foundation Fundraiser was held in Tampa this year and featured the band Lifehouse as entertainment.

Christopher Cross, June 11White Oak worked with the Walter Reed Foundation to book and produce their annual fundraiser. Christopher Cross captivated the crowd for an evening at the Castine Center in Mandeville.

Sheryl Crow, June 10
White Oak was hired by Mercenary Productions to assist with the debutante party of the year. Entertainment included the one and only Sheryl Crow at the Audubon Zoo.

Voodoo Music Experience, October 28-30White Oak continues to work with Rehage Entertainment for the annual 3-day extravaganza in City Park. Ed White stage managed the WWOZ stage and White Oak coordinated ground transportation. Thanks Steve, Matt and Megan!

DeLuna Festival, October 14-16
This second year festival went off without a hitch! Pensacola Beach housed the entertainment which included Janes Addiction, Weezer, The Shins, Big Boi and more! White Oak provided artist advance, hospitality, ground transportation and booked some New Orleans talent. Thanks Scott and Clint!

Harvest Moon Festival, October 7-8
Callaway Gardens hosted it's first festival! Harvest Moon held in Pine Mountain, Georgia featured the B-52's, John Hiatt, Mat Kearney, Gin Blossoms, Big Head Todd and more!

Cutting Edge Music Festival, September 23-24The Cutting Edge series welcomed it's first ever music festival in Lafayette Square. Entertainment included Ratty Scurvis, Davis Rogan, Jamal Batiste and more. White Oak was hire to stage manage and coordinate the entire site production. Thanks Eric!

Essence Music Festival, July 1-3
Once again, White Oak worked with Rehage Entertainment for the annual Essence Music Festival. White Oak coordinated artist ground transportation for both the Superdome and the Convention Center events. Thanks Steve, Matt and Megan!

Back to the Beach Festival, June 3-5This three-day festival has something for everyone; a family atmosphere with New Orleans' best live music, out-of-this-world from great area caterers, arts & crafts from local artists, and lots of children's activities. Thanks Sheila!

Joy Theater, December
White Oak was hired to book the opening weekend with Irma Thomas, Kermit Ruffins, Cyril Neville and Big Sam's Funky Nation.

New Orleans Bowl, December 16-17
White Oak Worked with the New Orleans Sports Foundation on different New Orleans Bowl events around the city. The Friday night free-for-all featured the Givers along with Rebirth Brass Band. UL and San Diego paraded down Canal Street with the Storyville Stompers and Kinfolk Brass Band. The jazz brunch on Saturday featured the James Rivers Movement. Thanks Tricia, Billy and Cristin!

National Jazz Park-Mint Opening, November 12The National Historic Jazz Park opened it's newest addition in the Louisiana Mint. The brand new exhibit features a concert hall, recording studio and more. Jazz performances occur regularly to highlight the space. White Oak has teamed up with the Jazz park for the bookings.

IEEE Awards Banquet, June 7
The IEEE held it's 59th convention in New Orleans this past June. Their party was held at the Ritz Carlton and entertainment included Sunpie and the Louisiana Sunspots and Bruce Elsensohn.

DNO Athletic Convention, June 12New Orleans welcomed the DNO convention to town. The blowout included Shamarr Allen and the Underdawgs, Wild Mochicans, New Era Brass Band and Jay, Ray and Gee.

LCPA Centennial Gala, June 18
The LCPA convention celebrated this year in style. The soul queen, Irma Thomas performed for the event.

Swissport Convention, November 9The Swissport convention rolled into town in November. They ended their stay in New Orleans with a great party!

Swamp Festival, November 5-6
Swamp Festival honors Louisiana culture through it's rich music, food, and arts & crafts. Entertainment included Nathan and the Zydeco Cha-Cha's, Pine Leaf Boys, 90 West, Hot Sauce and more! Thanks Cheryl!

ZOObilation, June 8ZOObilation is an afternoon of family fun for kids of all ages and it's FREE for Audubon members! During this event, Audubon Zoo is open exclusively for members with live music, keeper chats, animal feedings, behind-the-scenes tours and kids activities. Thanks Paige!
