Tsunami Wave RidersTsunami Wave Riders

The Tsunami Wave Riders were formed in 2006 by lead singer and keyboardist Ronnie Tsunami, along with steel drummers Joanna and Keilani. While touring in the Carolinas, they met up with Greg ‘The Tiki Man’ Torzillo, a popular rock guitarist and Hawaiian lap-steel guitar player from Maui, and Tracy Thornton, one of the top steel drummers in the world, who joined the Tsunami Wave Riders to round out the tropical band that is quickly gaining fans (affectionately known as “TurtleNecks” because of their surfing turtle logo) worldwide.

In the middle of paradise - that's where you are when you listen to the fun-loving island sounds of the Tsunami Wave Riders! Originally from the islands of Hawaii, they are taking the world by storm one party at a time with a truly unique blend of Hawaiian, Calypso, Reggae, Latin, Beach and Rock music. Influenced by great performers such as Jimmy Buffett, the Ka'au Crater Boys, Bob Marley, Santana, UB40, Kenny Chesney, Sublime and 311, the Tsunami Wave Riders have created their own island flavor that is quickly gaining fans all over the world from the US to Germany to Japan.

Surf's Up…Let's Party Island Style!
